PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND RECOGNITION PROGRAMME - PDRP

The Lakes District Health Board Professional Development and Recognition Programme (PDRP) is a New Zealand Nursing Council Approved Programme.  Each new graduate nurse must submit a portfolio of evidence at a competent level prior to the end of the program – expected date is in month 11 as per the assessments timetable. Organisations outside the provider arm (hospital) still engage in the LDHB program as per memorandums of understanding with community and primary settings.

New graduate nurses portfolios are subjected to the same process as all portfolios submitted to LDHB PDRP. The expectation is that the evidence is presented as an e-portfolio  - support and coaching for the process is available throughout the NETP programme.  Click on the link to be taken to the Lakes DHB PDRP Page or PDRP for Community
