Services we provide
Our gynaecology oncology team focuses on cancers of the female reproductive system, including cancer of the:
- uterus
- ovary
- cervix
- vulva
- vagina.
We look after patients in hospital and run outpatient clinics at:
- Wellington Regional Hospital
- Kenepuru Community Hospital.
We provide outpatient gynaecology care for women from Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti.
We also treat people with cancer from Hawke's Bay to Taranaki down to Wellington.
We run clinics that focus on specific conditions including:
- cancers
- general gynaecology
- endometriosis
- infertility/endocrine
- colposcopy
- hysteroscopy
- surgical pre-assessments.
If you need abortion services and pregnancy loss counselling, the Te Mahoe Unit at Wellington Regional Hospital provides services as early as possible in your pregnancy.
