Your valuable feedback and suggestions help us provide the best possible care for our patients, whānau and communities. If you or your whānau are admitted to the hospital and have immediate concerns about your treatment or care, speak directly to those providing your care or the manager of that area. If you feel uncomfortable talking to them or are not satisfied with their response, you can share your concerns with us.
